Posing a newborn is not always an easy task and definitely takes a lot of patience. The hardest part is usually waiting for them to fall into that deep sleep so you can bend them and position them how you like..but I love it. Their bodies are still so similar to how they were in the womb (small and flexible), so moving them around is still easy. They usually love to be curled up in a little ball, nice and warm 🙂
I have had the pleasure of working with the Dey family for quite a few years. When I met them, Rob had two sons. Rob and Erin are awesome parents. I was so excited to hear they were having their first child together and that I would get to capture the process!
Erin is such a stunning mom and her glow was impossible to miss. The utter joy I saw in her face during these sessions still makes me so happy when I look at these photos. Baby Maggie is adorable! What a great addition to a sweet family.
